Yes, finally I got this... My dream mixer, KitchenAid KPM50 mixer! All thanks to dh's support on Vit M!!! Well, I know lah, being an amateur in baking... having such a good mixer is really a bit exaggerated liao!
Anyway, since I have it now, I really need to make good use of it! ;) Now I can start learning to make bread!
Below is my pioneer "shifu". Must give some credits to it as it had accompanied me thru' out these yrs, tho initally it juz stayed in the cabinet for few yrs b4 I got my own flat which become a phoenix then!
