Hi,
I was searching for bloggers who have tried baking the Orange Cake featured in Straits Time and stumbled upon your blog! Your banana cake looked really yummy! Erm, sorry if I sound rude but do you have the recipe? How do you achieve the bananas in the centre of the cake? I would love to learn.

For the bananas in the center, u juz need to cut out thin slices & place on yr uncooked mixture juz b4 putting the pan into the oven! HTH
