Baked this today! Spend quite a while baking it as need to prepare the cake base, the cream cheese & water bath etc. Outlook like very furry hor! Haahaa...
Anyway, this is not a perfect cake! Saw the crack on the top? My plain cream cheese cracked when baking, guess i din spread the cheese evenly. The sides got a bit of "bald" as the cream cheese din covered that part, maybe the cake base sticked to the cake tin & I din realised it!
This is the internal view of the cuppuccino cheesecake? Looks a bit messy hor!! Heehee...
Comments were the cheesecake is a bit dry but not sure izzit too much cocoa powder on top that makes the whole cake tasted dry? Always feels that the cocoa powder makes me sore throat after eating... so had to scrape off some of the powder.
