This is month end again! Always very busy during this time of the month... So pardon me for the slow postings during this timing!
Ok, managed to spare out some time this morning to test out my new mixer. 1st output from the new mixer, a simple sponge cake! Nothing fanciful coz I din hv time to do the creaming part!
Saw the mixer? So fast in mixing! Okie, a bit "suaku" over this... but really "amazed" by the power & speed which I din get to see from the old KW.
Was so worried about the difference in procedure when using the KW! So I observed by drawing a "8" on the batter, if the "8" won't sink in but will appear visible for a while, that's the correct constitency for the batter. ;)
Okie, that's not the "8" but "lumps" instead... Keekee...

By the time I managed to take a photo for the cake, it has already wrinkled! Sob sob... Din get to take a photo on the "hot-hot-out-from-oven" photo! Anyway, tasted the cake liao! Still very soft & nice!
