Oysters

Went shopping at Great World City this evening. Dh decided to "try" Jack's Place as that was a restaurant which I longed for... He ordered this dish, "Oyster Natural" as dessert! Woah, I had never tasted fresh uncooked oysters ever since my 1st try at Westin Hotel back in Yr 1994. Took only 1 oyster back then as I very "sua ku", everything also scare to try lor. :(

Saw that big fat oyster meat? Heehee... simply delicious! Esp dipped w chilli sauce & tosbaco sauce! Droooooool.... Well, I can't take spicy food well but dh dipped a lot of the chilli n tosbaco sauce on my oysters! My mouth & tongue was burning hot!!

(Sorry for the poor photos AGAIN, coz dh still think vv "bo liao" to take photos of what we are eating & esp in a restaurant. Lucky, the ang mo family next to us had already left else sure very pai seh! So I quickly snap a few shots & start appreciating my fresh fresh oysters!)
