This is my 2nd try on pandan chiffon cake! Hiazzz sad to say, this is still a failure! It looks so hard hor! But colour wise looks better than the 1st try!
Internal looks soft & fluffy huh but in actual fact, it tasted hard! My guess is the problem lies with the pandan paste I used! Recipe calls for pandan juice (made from pandan leaves) but I used pandan paste... something was wrong, the mixture becomes vv hard! Should I add water or any liquid to the paste? Hmmm....
This is my 1st try! Soooooo green rite? Coz I pour 1 tbsp of pandan paste into the egg yolk mixture! Faint! Silly me again!
